Meet the experienced and friendly doctors and staff who make Cairo Eye Care the leading provider of vision care products and services in Cairo.

Dr. Keri C. Hartsell

Dr. Keri C. Hartsell

Dr. Hartsell is a Grady County native and graduated from Cairo High School in 2006 as Valedictorian of her class.  She then attended Georgia Southern University and graduated in 2010 with a major in biology and a minor in psychology.  She went on to receive her doctor of optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in 2014.  She joined Cairo Eye Care in June of 2014.

Dr. Hartsell practices full-scope optometry and enjoys seeing patients of all ages.  She treats a variety of eye conditions, as well as prescribing glasses and contact lenses.

Dr. Hartsell is involved in the community with Rotary Club, the Zebulon Theater, and her church.  Dr. Hartsell and her husband, Nathan, have two daughters, Reagan and Jemma. Together they enjoy watching the Braves, fishing, and spending time with family.

Dr. Clair S. McCaskill

Dr. Clair McCaskill

Dr. McCaskill graduated with honors from the University of Florida in 1997 with a degree in microbiology. She then went on to obtain her doctor of optometry degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2001. She joined Dr. Cairo Eye Care in June of 2001.

Dr. McCaskill practices full-scope optometry. She has a large pediatric base and enjoys helping patients see using many different contact lens technologies. She also manages and treats ocular diseases such as diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and glaucoma.

Dr. McCaskill enjoys being active in her community. She is involved with the Kiwanis Club, Hospital Support League, and is very active in her church. She is also a member of the Georgia Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.

Dr. McCaskill enjoys sports, travel, running, and being with family. She and her husband, Matt, have three children, Josh, Abby, and Mason.

Ana, Receptionist

Ana McGinty

Ana is probably the first friendly face you see when you enter our office. She keeps the office flow going as she checks in patients, answers phones and assists with any other questions or problems you may have. Ana is happy to welcome you to our office!

 

Bett True

Bett, Office Manager

Bett is the “director” of our office as she checks out patients, answers phones and keeps our office running smoothly and efficiently. Most of the time, you will find her at the front desk checking patients in and out and answering phones.If you have questions, Bett will be happy to assist you!

 

Jessica Lee

Jessica, Insurance Specialist

Jessica is often our “behind the scenes” manager, although she does pop up in our reception area quite often. She is our insurance specialist who spends many hours staying up-to-date on your insurance benefits and policy changes. If you have any questions about insurance or billing, Jessica would be happy to talk with you.

 

Michelle Mobley

Michelle, Optometric Assistant

Michelle has been with the Cairo Eye Care team for over 15 years. She works very closely with the doctors to provide you with a comprehensive eye exam. Michelle is also responsible for our contact lens department. She trains patients on insertion and removal and keeps up to date on the latest contact lenses. Ask Michelle if contacts could work for you!

Morgan Maxam

Morgan, Optometric Assistant

Morgan performs many duties around the office. She performs preliminary testing to prepare you for your exam as well as helping in all other areas around the office. Morgan will be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you have.

 

Rhiannon Patrizi

Rhiannon, Optician

Rhiannon has several years of experience in the eye care field. She is knowledgeable about many frame styles and lens options. She is excited to help you see great and look great at the same time!

 

Joleen Hurst

Joleen, Optician

Joleen loves to assist and care for our patients. She has worked as an optician for many years and is great at helping you shop for the perfect pair of glasses or adjust them to fit you more comfortably. Come see Joleen for all of your optical needs!
